Until somewhat recently, it seemed as if the concept of the video-game boss was on its last legs. It’s both Destiny 2’s biggest challenge and mystery, and for the past week the game’s community of players has been racing to square off with Leviathan’s mysterious boss, six people at a time. That’s the name of the game’s marquee Raid, a massive, sprawling level that explains almost nothing about how to beat it, and requires teamwork among six players to solve its riddles and take down whatever boss lies at the end. I would say that the gameplay feels like a cross between Super Meat Boy and Super Ghouls & Ghosts so that right there tells you what a tough time you are in for.Last week, Destiny 2, a highly anticipated online shooter that’s best played with friends, raised the curtain on a mystery it had been teasing for weeks leading up to the game’s early September release: the Leviathan.

What I think shows how good this game is, is the way that it can be very frustrating, but the game is so much fun you think that if you have just one more try, you will get past that section which has seen you die 2 thousand times. It really is tense stuff and there is a lot of trial and error here.

It is all about your reactions and how quick you can react to what is happening. You have to have one eye on what is right in front of you and the other eye on what is coming next. This is a platforming game that pretty much gives you no time to think.
